Computers are a vital component of the Humphrey Management reporting and communications systems. Our extensive and continuing investment in technology provides maximum information and access to our clients, investors, managers and residents. Our Information Technology Department is committed to providing continuing training and support to all personnel both in the corporate office as well as the communities. Our goal is to provide timely access to pertinent information delivered in a user friendly environment.

Humphrey chose the well respected Great Plains Software System as our accounting and financial reporting package. The software offers the tools and flexibility to accommodate the financial reporting and analysis needs of individual owners, their financial institutions and investors.

Property Manager is the computer software used by Humphrey Management at the sites for resident tracking and certification information. This software supports all of our different funding programs such as Low Income Housing Tax Credit, HUD, and Rural Development as well as enhances reporting and tracking capability for our Market Rate communities. With this software, our Community Managers can post rent payments, input certification data, monitor traffic, produce personalized reports, create maintenance work orders, track maintenance inventory, originate housing vouchers and all other activities associated with the residents. The system can also handle all TRACS transmissions for HUD and MINC transmissions for Rural Development.
