Mr. President,
I have been a resident of Appletree apartments since September 2000. In this time, I have seen this complex ever so gradually improve its stature in the community.
The advent of the new "community center" on the property has been the hub of various social events for families and educational events for children.
The management here, specifically, Susan Middlekauff, seems to possess all of the pre-requisites for the "perfect" property manager; however the quality which stands out, above them all, is her honest and sincere caring for each and everyone of her tenants.
I write this unsolicited letter because since living here I've been "blessed", and, so should those who have positively impacted the community.

I am writing this letter to commend Mrs. Lakeesha Greene , the manager of your Rainier Manor Apartments. She is truly an asset to your organization and an employee who goes beyond expectations to make sure that her clients are properly taken care of.
I am the niece of one o`f your tenants who is an elderly person. About a month ago she got ill at church and had to go to the hospital for a brief stay. Had it not been for Mrs. Greene I don't know how I would have known where she was or what happened. Not only did she notify me, but she also reassured me and my Aunt that her home would be ok until she returned, and it was.
She must be a remarkable person because my Aunt asked about her everyday; and when she cam home, Mrs. Greene was there to welcome her back with a warm and cheerful smile which made us both feel very good. She is an employee that you should cherish.

Dear Humphrey Management,
After receiving the magazine "Retirement Living" and seeing the ad for Hampshire Village, I knew I would check it out for a possible place to live. Hampshire Village is not only Beautiful, but extremely Comfortable.
I feel very fortunate to be accepted. I am 70 years old with limited income
The staff from Elease to Ebony, to Dan work very hard and so do all members of the staff, but they handle their responsibilities with calm so one never feels rushed for stopping to ask them a question, and they do this always with a smile.
I am so happy to be living here and thank you all for your office and staff for your "Top Notch Employees". Your efforts are very much appreciated

My Family has lived here at Willow Branch for a few years. When we first moved here, Nadine was very polite and tried to help us as much as she could. We felt welcome from the very first day. We respect her and the job that she does. To manage 48 units means to manage 48 diverse families. That is a job that not too many people could or would take on. We not only look at her as a portfolio manager but also a friend.

Dear Ms. Schmuck:
It is with great pleasure that I write this letter in reference to Mrs. Myers, friend and caretaker to many.
I have had the opportunity to know Mrs. Abbie Myers for three years. One day my father and I were in search of locating an assisting living home for him. My father and I stopped by Mrs. Philippines Home for Senior Citizens where we met Mrs. Myers. She greeted us and gave us a tour of the apartment complex. My father was very impressed and so was I.
My father was placed on the waiting list and a few months later I moved him in. Mrs. Myers assisted us in every way. During good times and hard times, Mrs. Myers was there, not only for my father and I, but for all residents. Mrs. Myers is a professional in her job as community manager and acts as a Caretaker to residents in good times, and hard times. Mrs. Myers is the family member that many residents don't have and long for.
Mrs. Myers is committed to her job. She is professional in all aspects of her job and enjoys her job; that is what makes a difference. I would appreciate very much if you would pass on to Mrs. Myers that what she does during her daily duties have not been forgotten, and that all that she has done will be remembered for years to come.
